    In my three months tenure, I've understand how does CBA- Australia operates and how they support their customer's inquires despite the time constraints. Some call can last for 1 hour long still we need to patiently handle the customer with utmost respect and provide the correct information.
    The good thingsAble to understand new IT software's, Engage with team about call's schedule and adequate training before assigned to customers.
    The challengesOnly for interns no full full time position.

    The challengesPeople, team and manager. I hope they understand malaysia working law policy and apply that to all KL users.

    The good thingsThere is always a chance to show your talent and knowledge. Work smart to be well recognize and grow in this company. It has lot of - in house facilities and support work life balance.

    The good thingsAwesome place those who are willing to work from home (Work-Life balanced). 13th month salary, Internal courses available for upskilling. Amazing holidays followed by Malaysian PH.
    The challengesLevel up is a Possible miracle. Through you have plenty of leaves unable to take leaves due to high responsibilities, though a load of available course, not enough time to up skill.

    The good thingsDepend project you are assigned, new project will give you experience alot in CRM, KM and QA.
    The challengesWorking one year here and only got salary increment for rm100. Does not even cover up interest rate rose 4 percent from last year. So actually salary is decreasing.

    Good place to start your career in IT
    The good thingsDXC was a positive stepping stool for me to experience a friendly and always-idea-welcoming work environment which is lacking in some other employers. A positive and no-discrimination work environment has been helpful for me to deliver my service at its best to DXC. Your ideas are always respected and not looked down on even though it is not going to make it to the end. Colleagues and leaders are very supportive and they respect your time. It is a good place to build a career with many exposures.
    The challengesI would say to not stay any longer since the salary increase rate is almost none existing.

I been with them during HP then HPE and merged with CSC to become DXC.Nothing getting better. Perhaps good for 2 -3 years to gain experience. They are losing a lot of great talent because of this..

    The good thingsA place with good opportunity to learn new things and skills. Salary is average but the benefit is good. So many trainings that you can attend, some free trainings and voucher to take certificate examinations. Currently work from home.
    The challengesIncentive is there but not much increase (its also depends on performances). Not recommended for level up position. Can stay working here but not for long.

    The challengesDue to covid plaguing the community, it was a challenge for the company to held proper physical team building events etc. It was a shame that I couldn't experience any of it. As the pandemic situation improves I'm sure the company can do better at that aspect.
