    The good thingsFlexible working hours, freedom to do your task. Best & latest tools to work.
    The challengesThere is no career progression opportunity, Even you get promoted to the next level the company will make it a lateral move instead of giving your a promotion or salary hike. Most of the people stuck in their existing roles more than 5 years, the salary increase its dependence on the company performance. And also very hard to get the salary grade change
