There is no career growth and development, they take all ideas and feedback as complaints so we are not allowed to say anything. They cut all employee benefits, commissions, and allowances without any memo. They do not care about the staff's well-being all they want is only sales.
The challengesThe customer is challenging enough, but what was more challenging was the company itself. The company does not have any clear direction and the turnover rate are very high. Not reccomended.
