    Please don't work here unless you want continuous high blood pressure and migraine.
    The good thingsNothing is good in the company as the GM is micromanaging everyone including the managers. There is no career growth and development, they take all ideas and feedback as complaints so we are not allowed to say anything. They cut all employee benefits, commissions, and allowances without any memo. They do not care about the staff's well-being all they want is only sales.
    The challengesThe customer is challenging enough, but what was more challenging was the company itself. The company does not have any clear direction and the turnover rate are very high. Not reccomended.

    The best company for youngster.
    The good thingsWorking in this company give every employee a chance to enhance their career and develop their skills. A very good company especially for youngster since the founder (Sir James Dyson) really appreciate youngster to get fresh idea to grow the company.
    The challengesThe competitors in the same industries are growing in numbers making me nervous to stay much longer in this company. However, I do believe in current management that always prioritise the products to be unique and still worthy to sell. Also, I’m expecting there will be entry and exit plan happens in the future due to this situation and the management are very superb to handle this.
