    The good things-u can wear anything u want but of course not short pants. -open space sitting! -u can prototype your own design yourself -no gap between bosses and subordinates -no working during weekends! -work life balance -no racial issues
    The challenges-to be promoted. since this is rnd company, you have to compete with more than 1000++ engineer and more experienced engineers to excel and go further
