Hands-on HR professional with strong foundations in compliance and staff management.
The good thingsDytan Health provided a solid foundation for my HR career, where I was given the trust to manage a wide range of responsibilities from recruitment to employee benefits. I enjoyed the opportunity to develop my skills in performance evaluation and disciplinary management early on. The environment was fast-paced and required high organizational skills, which helped me become more meticulous in handling employee documentation and statutory requirements.
The challengesAs the company manages a large network of healthcare outsourcing, improving the integration between the HR database and real-time performance tracking would be beneficial. This would reduce manual paperwork and allow for more data-driven insights into employee development and satisfaction trends.

The manager demonstrates insensitivity and poor leadership. Despite claiming experience with diverse staff, she showed a lack of understanding about Muslim employees’ obligations during Friday prayers. She avoids addressing issues directly, relying on independent staff to handle problems she cannot manage and often blaming others without investigating thoroughly.
The good thingsLocation of office is strategic which nearby with LRT nad foodstall

    Overworked, Underpaid, and Unappreciated
The good thingsNearby public transport and located at city centre. Outfit is not too formal and jobs within working hour
The challengesLong-serving employees are not appreciated. Salary increments are too low, and the workload is overwhelming. Staff are often burned out, but management doesn’t seem to care. There’s no overtime pay,No proper training. Toxic employees are often promoted over those who contributed more.

Not a strong financial company & poor management
The good thingsGood salary package for a newbie and near with public transport. However the building facilities (Megan Avenue 1) here quite poor. Lift frequently out of service which require you to hike the stairs until 4th floor.
The challengesEven though this company has been in the industry since 1999, I found that it is not very strong in terms of financial. As a 3rd party administration company, they only rely on business that comes from other insurance companies. If business is slow, the company's revenue can also be affected. Most of the managers don't really care about your opinion. You may voice your thoughts, but the decisions come from them and may not align with your needs.

Workload and ridiculous salary that does not worth the amount of works you had done
    The good thingsNear public transport
The challengesKeep on emphasising quality but the reality is there is no quality can be achieve as the workload has reach the limit. They do not care on how well you done the works and will start pinpoint you when you did a small mistake. Salary? Not satisfied with the amount and hardwork you done despite the bussiness increasing. Bonus? Tend to hold down the bonus longer without reason. Leave? Prorate and need to compete with others.

    Stressfull
The good thingsThe team members is understanding and easygoing.
The challengesIt's normal if the workload is high but the thing is the management put a lot of stress by pushing the workers to achieve targets and to have zero fault (despite high workload) . They should know you can't achieve quality if the quantity is taken over. Plus you have to complete your work alone, no one will help you even the management.

    Repetitive task
The good thingsThe colleges and environment is good.Takes time to understand the whole process for the task, but if you already master, the work will be easier. Good started for fresh grad to find experience (but only to one year) as the job is a repetitive task and no career enhancement here.
The challengesMany workload need to do because of high turn over and not enough staff to complete the job. The management seeks perfection and seldom recognize staff contribution. The HR team should change. The benefits and allowances are for only staff who is perfect in their job and is hard to achieve. Most of all, no career enhancement here, even if you're a senior staff here. Staff opinion does not matter here ,management will stick to their decision like cutting of staff salary, putting permanent staff into probation, etc..
