    The good thingsGood working environment & team members. Always had new task to challenge the staff. Good KPI allowance.
    The challengesManual call rating for quality assurance had impacted my daily task where in the same day got multiple task need to settle in a same day (no backup when on leave/EL/MC. Much better if there is a backup so that all report can be done on time without any delay due to unexpected leave.

    The good thingsNo compulsory OT. On time salary. Has a lot of choices of food nearby, as it is near to sunway pyramid. Competant boss that hands on project rather than giving instruction only. Free to explore new solutions.
    The challengesLow bonus for average performance staff. Medical card limit is low. Noisy office area. Too strict in black and white even though the person in charge is only behind your seat. You need to have certain ability to work here. New programmer wont be able to learn anything.
