Good Place to Grow but Terrible Admin/ HR
The good thingsIt is a great place to work. Great vision, good solid training compared to other places and team.
The challengesAdmin and HR. They gossip, they are entitled as if we should serve them, and rigid. If they like you they treat you well otherwise you have not much support. Sadly the head as well does this and unsure why nothing is done.

    Could be better.......
The good thingsThe vision is inspiring but there lacks a clear drive for this. You also wonder does all the leaders carry the vision. The team is great and there is a sense of comradery across all levels. You learn a lot from specific leaders.
The challengesThe schedule and systems. While the intention is to improve there also appears to be a lack of consistency of the SOPs communicated. The leadership. Lack of leadership at the leader level. Only a couple are strong in their leadership. While all the leaders are really nice people, whether they are really leading is the question. Seems many are given a leadership position despite not leading and sometimes having a lot of challenges themselves. The hard workers work harder. I think you grow and learn a lot depending on who you report to. Lack of accountability for underperformers beyond supporting them.

    Excellent only in talk
The good thingsDirector and there is an experienced Senior Supervisor who are knowledgeable and give good recommendations. They are excellent at what they do but do not see them often. The environment is generally pleasant.
The challengesNot all the Supervisors and Senior Supervisors are up to par and some are clueless. A number who give poor recommendations. One can tell they don’t know what they do. Only a couple make real effort.

One to one therapy for autistic children
The good thingsI love my job. Loving the mission of the company and I love teaching autistic children and seeing improvements in them. The environment is perfect and good employer and team.
The challengesThe stress I given to myself as I pushed myself to improve and make sure my kids learn and improve.

The good thingsI gained a lot of experience and was exposed to children with various needs on the Autism spectrum. The team of supervisors were helpful.
The challengesWork schedule could have been more organised.
