The good thingsGreat IT support and Pantry has good for those long cold nights.
The challengesWork Life Balance is conceptually alien to the bosses and refusal or hesistant to sacrifice any amount of time outside the office or outside working hours and/or weekends and/or holiday is seen as irresponsible, disrespectful and not a team player the challenge to dump your moral compass to be in boss's good books.
