    I wish to leave after 1 month
    The good thingsThey pay quite well considering current market is affected badly due to the pandemic.
    The challengesUnnecessary weekly report which is taking too much time and energy, when other places make do just on monthly basis. Bosses who disrespect subordinates and treat them like small kids. Too much unnecessary ad-hoc requests and tasks without much value externally except to satisfy internal management, often require staff to work on weekends and night times.
