    The good thingsA good platform for learning. Training and team building camp is provided but only to selected few. Team work was fun. Lots of product knowledge to be learned.

    Time with Eastern Deco
    The good thingsThe employer is always willing to teach you new things. In your position, you are able to do different tasks hence your learning experience is good. This company is being run by family members and almost all of them is very nice to you. They have company trips almost every year and it is very fun indeed.
    The challengesWhen I am with them, their company is not as big as now hence working environment is bad and there isn't many colleagues of the same age hence making friends is not easy.
