    It's ok, just ok.
    The good thingsGood for internship or fresh graduate for learning. Got parking subsidy RM100 and Additional subsidy RM300/year.
    The challengesLow salary, no increment, only less than 1 month bonus given. Some departments are severely understaffed but will never get the manpower needed, management is turning a blind eye on a lot of internal issues.

    It is enjoyable if you got a good collegues workers and good management while you working.
    The good thingsI can communicate with customers and team work is important with our partners. Basicly as promoter, we should know about our products, what we sells and what the functions. As a promoter we also have to know how to have an good communications with customers and our collegues to get a great environment while working.
    The challengesSometimes we will meet a strange customers, not friendly customer but it's okay because customer's always right. And also you'll see organizations behaviour happened at the work place where's your top management and collegues didn't had a same behaviour and you'll meet a different people (customers) everyday and you have to deal with it no matter what as a worker.

    The good thingsMy colleague and superior is very nice to me, plus the environment here is great! Even though there are various department here, but they always treat others the same, easy to be friend with, they give me a warm place in this company by treating me the same because 95% in this company is chinese.
    The challengesThey could tolerate with working hours since we need to work alternately on certain weekend and for the new joiners, its quite long to wait for them to earn their annual leave; approximately 6 months of working. Plus, for the new staff starting from last 2 years is using different method if you want to apply leave than the old staff. So this company need to balance their leave schedule.

    The good thingsGreat colleagues and engaging work environment. The company also provides plenty of opportunities to learn and allow self-improvements. Active discussions are being held frequently to brainstorm for different ideas of improvements.
    The challengesLong working hours at peak seasons and also communication error might happen at times due to the sheer number of foreign workers. In addition, the workload will be overwhelming due to the lack of staff and that full-time workers might find themselves solving problems that are not of their expertise at times.

    The challengesDoing sales and hitting the sales target were the most challenging issues. Cause sometime the stocks may not enough to sell and had to convince customer to buy the different item in the same range of the product.
