    Poor management with unhealthy culture
    The good thingsCompany environment is acceptable
    The challengesLow employee morale and high staff turnover. A toxic work environment can be extremely demoralizing, leading to high staff turnover and poor morale. Top Management does not trust employee and is working backwards to old fashioned way of management. No salary increment, no bonus and more and more workloads and lack of manpower supports.

    Well as a Butler i'm really appreciate myself to working at E&O Hotel with my good experience to attend with my VIP GUESTS.
    The good thingsSo far everything is going on superb and i really enjoy to working at my currently company.
    The challengesSo far no comment at the moment with my working colleagues. The environment at the E&O is superb and lovely As a 5 star Hotel i'm really happy to working here as a Butler under Front Desk department.

    Worst working environment; Non-Cooperative especially with long service staffs

    The challengesNegative working environment. Bad temper and emotional superior that demotivating staffs with discouraged messages. 70% are ladies long service staffs that non-cooperative and no team work. No career progression to growth.

    The good thingsAll superior like a friend to us. Don't have boundaries among us to discuss anything. Staff also friendly and they will teach you if you have such a question.
