    good or not depends on people
    The good thingsgood if you want to learn new things from different aspect, as it is just new startup with not enough man yet, so you will need to do things out of your job scope and department too. Colleagues is really nice and helpful.
    The challengesTop management really need to improve. But maybe due to age, so he willn't be improve much. Just beware of the top management.
