Perform the planning and execution of audit procedures for client of various industry backgrounds such as trading, manufacturing and coaching company.
The good thingsEcovis is a good place that provided a solid foundation in accounting and auditing. It gave me the opportunity to apply the knowledge I learned in school to real-world situations, which helped me strengthen my understanding and build practical skills
The challengesSometimes, due to manpower shortages, it was challenging to find a senior readily available to guide me when I encountered difficulties during audit engagements. However, this also pushed me to become more resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.

My experience at ECOVIS Malaysia was a mix of valuable learning opportunities and significant challenges. While I gained practical skills in auditing, the lack of structured support and training made it harder.
The good thingsCollaborating with a diverse team allowed me to develop interpersonal skills and gain insights into the auditing profession.
The challengesDespite transitioning from intern to full‑time, I faced a pretty high expectations, which compounded stress and self‑doubt when deadlines and quality weren’t met
