Eden at Botanica CT (EABC) is a joint venture between Botanica Hills Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of MTT Group) and Eden On The Park Sdn Bhd (a renowned senior care provider from Kuching). As the first integrated senior living resort with full-fledged nursing care in the Northern Region, Eden at Botanica CT sets a new benchmark in aged care living. Our mission statement
To provide a safe, dignified, and enriching environment for seniors by integrating resort-style living with professional aged care services—delivering peace of mind, wellness, and community through every stage of ageing. This is achieved through a first-of-its-kind concept in Penang that combines two core components within one facility: a licensed nursing care centre for seniors requiring constant care, and an active living resort for independent seniors seeking a vibrant and self-sufficient lifestyle.
