    The good thingsNothing much to say about the good things about this company.
    The challengesThis company always have retrenchment, lay-off and now voluntary separation scheme. Very de-motivated company. One time can retrench the employees and can rehire the same employee for other department. Can have severe cashflow issue company. Thank me if you decide not to take up any job offer or dream to work for this company.

    Good gain working experience in oil and gas industry
    The good thingsgood colleague and manager that easily to discuss anything problem. Good salary and benefit package. A lot activity for staff and management take concern about welfare of staff.
    The challengeswhen the problem happened management more like to find who responsible than to find the solution of it. Some people to obvious do politic of work just to ensure his/her position is save.

    The challengesThe company always didn't follow client requirement when producing the product. Top management never consider our opinion/ideas even you are manager level. All decision are made by them only without heard our opinion/thought.
