    The challengesStaff required to do job without proper training. High volume of work and need to work till late night to clear daily job and archive daily KPI. Medical Claim for Clinic and bonus not provided as informed during interview. Sometimes HR dont provide payslip for few months, need to chase always. Very old building with old furniture's. Companies set notice period as per their wish for each staff. Staff not getting confirmation even after 1 year. New Staff required to do job not as per advertised. Management should provide job as discussed during interview, not throwing new staff at any department to fill in the empty vacancy.
