LOW PAY SALARY RATE, GIVE MORE WORK WITHOUT GOOD INCREMENT
The good thingsnothing good here for benefit of workers, environment, management
The challengesface with toxic people and bad management. Management only want to use your skill without pay based on your skill and experience. Cut cost everything but only for production people, top management still take new people with high salary from same ex company. Not suitable for people that want to develop their skill and knowledge.
