    The good thingsIf you are a fresh grad then your skill and will be tested! a lot of thing you can learn on-site based on day-to-day activity. as long as you can bear the work load, you will keep learning!
    The challengesDuring this challenge economic condition, you may phase some of the allowance will be cut off. and the working environment will be challenge if you not willing to work on site.
