    A practical role that helped me grow in merchandising and communication.
    The good thingsThe company provides a supportive working environment with colleagues who are willing to guide and help. Work processes are clear, and the role gives good exposure to dealing with different outlets, customers, and product displays. There are opportunities to learn about sales, merchandising standards, and market trends.
    The challengesThe job can be physically demanding, especially when handling stock or managing multiple outlets in a day. Meeting sales targets during slow seasons can also be stressful. Time management is important because the workload can increase during promotions or peak periods.
