Good for fresh graduates to start but not for people who plan to develop their skills in this field.
The good things- Good place for fresh graduates to get their 1st working experience.
- At least 13months bonus yearly.
The challenges- Not exposing the real forwarding work in general especially if you’re assigned to non-Malaysia origin projects.
Repetitive jobs and it will makes you getting stuck and boring after 1-2 years.
- Fast pace and too necessary to follow instructions, workflows and SOPs from the country of origin, which are sometimes just trivial matters & annoying.
- The unfair preferential treatment and favouritism.
