    Good for fresh graduates to start but not for people who plan to develop their skills in this field.
    The good things- Good place for fresh graduates to get their 1st working experience. - At least 13months bonus yearly.
    The challenges- Not exposing the real forwarding work in general especially if you’re assigned to non-Malaysia origin projects. Repetitive jobs and it will makes you getting stuck and boring after 1-2 years. - Fast pace and too necessary to follow instructions, workflows and SOPs from the country of origin, which are sometimes just trivial matters & annoying. - The unfair preferential treatment and favouritism.

    overall fun to work here, people are very nice and no politics. lots of young colleagues and nearby food choices are affordable. company gives out yearly bonus and willing to promote top performers
    The good thingslots of company events like escape room, christmas gift exchange. culture is good and people are friendly. free parking and toilet is very clean. general manager is very kind and nice.
    The challengesHQ is in singapore so getting approval for changes might take a while.
