Advice to Job Seekers: Strongly reconsider if you value your well-being. Expect long hours, poor tools, and low returns. This environment may give you experience, but at the cost of your personal time and health. Advice to Management: Invest in proper hardware for design roles, respect personal time, and start valuing your team. Burnout shouldn’t be the price of productivity.
The good things- Exposure to fast-paced campaign work - Some colleagues are supportive despite the pressure
The challenges- Extremely poor work-life balance — overtime, weekend, and public holiday work is expected without any OT pay - Overworking is normalised, with little to no appreciation or recognition - Annual increment is very low and bonuses are disappointing - Career progression is limited, with little support for skill growth - Outdated Hardware - Even their designers are not given proper tools: outdated Windows 10 PCs and small 20-inch LED monitors are the norm - Management allowed to request for better equipment but even months after requesting, nothing is provided — many end up using their own personal devices - Long working hours with poor hardware lead to physical strain and eye fatigue

Communication barriers, challenging targets and demanding upper and middle management superiors. Be prepared for salary reductions from underperforming. Which was never properly communicated by the hiring team.
The good thingsThe physical store and some staff
The challengesDealing with upper management especially middle management and oversight. Long working hours Unclear rules and regulations, however not much support provided in learning and understanding the job.

    Good friendly people
The good thingsHR does a marvelous job in encouraging staff to learn and attend training. Top management is very experienced and good in setting direction for the company. GMs are some of the best in the industry. Very understanding and value their staff as well. Great sales team.
The challengesTypical corporate work culture. Not fun and young. Some of the senior staff might not be that in tune with new technology and development. Difficult to change old processes. Different departments don't communicate all that well or lacks communication at times.
