Advice to Job Seekers:
Strongly reconsider if you value your well-being. Expect long hours, poor tools, and low returns. This environment may give you experience, but at the cost of your personal time and health.
Advice to Management:
Invest in proper hardware for design roles, respect personal time, and start valuing your team. Burnout shouldn’t be the price of productivity.
