    Good starter for fresh grads but not for a long term career
    The good things- good and reliable colleagues - fresh grads gain more knowledge on PCB processes - high paid for OT - annual dinner!
    The challenges- no proper guidance on what you will be doing - not enough facilities (2 persons need to share 1 PC) - manager always nagging even though the employees give the best on their works - full of working urgencies - outdated company's system and management - the increment is too low - the company is based from Taiwan so they implemented the Taiwanese way of working in this company

    Great place to work and gain experience
    The good things- good support from teammate and other dept - great and supportive boss - great place to gain experience - product quality is under control and can be improve - company is expanding and very stable - cheap and good food
    The challenges- work overload - need to meet tight deadline - poor benefits in term of annual leave, overtime, medical coverage and bonus and low annual increment - sometime got communication problem between department

    The good thingsMonthly Employee Meet Day! Employee are given a chance to meet Top Management and share Company's current situations. Employee are welcome to give feedback on our work conditions etc. They focus more on constructive feedback in order improve current situation.
    The challengesImmediate Superior did not escalate message to the down line which normally cause hiccup at our end. Need to improve them in providing leadership skills training so that they know how to set their priority right.
