    Good starter for fresh grads but not for a long term career
    The good things- good and reliable colleagues - fresh grads gain more knowledge on PCB processes - high paid for OT - annual dinner!
    The challenges- no proper guidance on what you will be doing - not enough facilities (2 persons need to share 1 PC) - manager always nagging even though the employees give the best on their works - full of working urgencies - outdated company's system and management - the increment is too low - the company is based from Taiwan so they implemented the Taiwanese way of working in this company
