    Supportive Environment with Strong Growth Opportunities.Pros ; 1) Performance bonuses are rewarding and strong opportunities for career advancement and internal promotions. 2) Management is approachable and provides good support when needed. 3) Team culture is highly collaborative and encourages knowledge sharing. 4) Excellent learning ground for fresh graduates — exposure to real manufacturing processes and technical problem-solving. 5) Safe and well-maintained working environment with adherence to EHS standards. Cons ; 1) Multitasking is part of the daily routine, especially during peak production and need to manage task efficiently. 2) Limited authority when it comes to making decisions regarding problematic employees. Terminating underperforming or difficult workers can create issues such as disruption to workflow, burden of rehiring and retraining new employees. Additionally, some of the work procedures are complex and require experienced personnel, which adds to the challenge of maintaining consistent productivity. 3) Team synchronization can be further improved as delays can happen if one part of the workflow slows down or got disruptions.

    Friendly worker, always work in team
    The good thingswe always working in team, always hangout together and solve problem together :) If free time after work we will see the movie together in meeting room :D love the way our boss treat us, he a really sporting and hard working. He always guide us to do the best :) Even got problem we will try to make him happy because we know he also do the best for us! Love them much!
    The challengesSometime we got a problem, wrong order or the vendor problem. Sometime customer problem, but so far all we'll handle that problem. Vendor problem when in high demand and no spare part, but our boss try to handle to find other vendor quickly. We was fix it together and support each other.

    i regret working here
    The good thingsair conditioned office, don't have to remove shoes when entering the main office, carpeted office floor, annual buffet dinner held within the company premises, privileged new hiring can look forward to extremely rewarding compensation and pampered treatment, zero stress and zero accountability working environment if you work in sales
    The challengespolitely inform the management why you think you are underpaid and underappreciated and what you can really contribute and they will tell you to look for other alternatives i.e your views are not welcomed
