1) Multitasking is part of the daily routine, especially during peak production and need to manage task efficiently.
2) Limited authority when it comes to making decisions regarding problematic employees. Terminating underperforming or difficult workers can create issues such as disruption to workflow, burden of rehiring and retraining new employees. Additionally, some of the work procedures are complex and require experienced personnel, which adds to the challenge of maintaining consistent productivity.
