    The challengesThey’re using Intern as full time workers and even told them to undisclosed your internship status 👎🏻 They have more intern than actual employees since it’s cheaper to just hired interns

    Great company for fresh graduate.
    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, they really trust me to handle their customer as an IT Executive from the beginning. Main services of this company are IT outsource, help-desk, and sales. Candidates who excel in configuration and troubleshooting will be a outsource for their customer like a job I do now.
    The challengesThe only problem with this company is staff benefit and lack of staff to handle their customers. For example, they have 5 customer while we only have 4 engineers in-standby.
