    Experience wise very good can learn alot , however need to know your own boiling point/pressure point . sometime too stress .

    The challengeschallenging closing time , mostly all urgent2 its all depend on your SE/AM dateline. Be prepare to work on PH/weekend if its fall on closing period.

    The good thingsVery cooperative colleagues, had fun in working, everybody knows everybody culture. Very emphasis on working environment.
    The challengesConstraints on budgeting leads to average or minimal innovation, I have reached the ceiling of my career-related knowledge here. However, suggestions are always encouraged, but the implementation and execution can be improved. Also, medical perks are too low.

    I received a good working experience with my colleague and they are very helpful person.
    The good thingsMy first experience when I found out about my job was that everything was new to me. But my colleagues patiently guided me until I can be independent now. My colleagues also always give me good encouragement to continue to succeed in doing my job.
    The challengesFor me, there is a lack of communication with each other and there are some people who are not open to hearing other people's opinions. In addition, too many activities that are not related to work are carried out by causing work to be delayed.

    The good thingsIt’s all about working together as a team in Emart, Honestly speaking it’s a very good company but for a person with much more passion and goals to achieve I plane to strive more in my life.     The good thingsStaff assembly and mini exercise before every morning shift.Good exposure to working environment for a first time job. Daily meal allowance proviced and plenty of places around to eat for lunch breaks. Plenty of parking spaces for employees.
    The challengesHaving a packer at every cashier counters will help to speed up customer check out process. Not enough locker for all staffs.

    The Working Environment challenges
    The good thingsThe staff in my department are very cooperative and friendly. The owner of this company is a very kind and generous. The annual bonus can reach 3-6 months salary depending on how much profit the company gained every year.
    The challengesWorking in Human Resource department in retail industry is very much challenging. This is because we have to deal with all kinds of characters of employees. Those employees are who have qualifications as low as primary school have different types of thinking and characters. So when it comes to staff discipline issues, these group of employees are the kind of hard to handle.
