    Experience wise very good can learn alot , however need to know your own boiling point/pressure point . sometime too stress .
    The good thingsDecent salaries package & a good company to have experience with .
    The challengeschallenging closing time , mostly all urgent2 its all depend on your SE/AM dateline. Be prepare to work on PH/weekend if its fall on closing period.
