Experienced gained in handling new product but of the same food base products. Same nature of works in quality assurance .The good thingsStrong support from top management and teamwork from all departments especially on the rush to obtain Halal certification within 9 months. A task given to QA department to achieve which we managed to obtain the Halal certificate within 9 months for launching in local market and Middle East . Concurrently working on the task to be the first factory in the groups to be certified as an ISO22000. A job requirement which is parallel to my experienced when working in De-luxe Food Services .
The challengesTime constraints because of this is another very new factory which has to speed their production in order to fulfill the backlog and outstanding order but the plant was still in the process of test run which resulted in a lot of products were put on hold status for QA inspection knowing that we have shortage of QA Inspectors. . But our experienced top management and various relevant departments head are cooperative and managed to solve it in the sense if teamwork
