The good thingsA few of managers and assistant managers do not need to be knowledgeable for their roles as most of their task will delegates to their subordinates and might delegates to other departments as well if relevant.
The challengesMust have excellent communication skill to strive for managers level and work life balance. Problem can always push to other departments.
Many pointing finger instead of working together to solve the problem and company wasting resources spending on something which do not required. Keep on cutting staff's benefits even before pandemic started.
