It's not easy to work here.
You should have a strong heart, mentally and body.
The good thingsBest salary if you passed the target,
Can achieve 2+++ - 4+++ but depends on your outlet sales.
To me what I like only the salary 😂
But for work I think is okay for me because I'm not a type that like to sit around.
The challengesToxic environment, the staff lack off tolerance.
If that staff not 'full' today he/she know how to do a job but if he/she full today suddenly don't know what work to do.
The staff here is " select ". I like the supervisor she okay but not the assistant 👎

Terrible management where never do what they promise
The good things7 working hours per day.
The challenges- Terrible management. Those in high level position not because their ability just because family background
- company will simply cut your salary and they never follow labour law
- 8 days annual leave and not every public holidays can off
- super heavy workload. company pay one salary expect you can do 5 people work.
- Please never ever believe what the management's promise. They like to draw a pretty picture of the future. This not gonna happen

aggressive driven , will reward you handsome but eventually burned out
The good thingsenergetic management , encouraging in work, give u flexibility to decide
The challengesmanagement doesnt follow normal standards, family business and very rigid benefits . basically can burned out . even though u have to work weeekends they dont compensate you . even if you wanna step out of the office have to ask for permission . 8 annual leaves per year.

* work in team, support each other.

*no benefit
*management biars. Judgemental
*No flexibility. Management will not understand ur problem. Work die die to their company.
*nonsence policy and rules. Not follow standard.
*cut salary when staff got covid.

Awesome experience
The good thingsco workers are always helping each other and always need to move quick. The supervisor is friendly and never lack of things to teach. Don't be shy and always ask if there's something that needs help. Most important, always be alert of customer when they're standing by the display to order.
The challengesThe attitude of some rude customers treating F&B workers as if we're below than average. The site manager always come to visit at least twice a month to check on outlet's performances. Always be firm with decision such as working full hour from opening to closing. Always find a way how to decline an offer.
