    Terrible management where never do what they promise
    The good things7 working hours per day.
    The challenges- Terrible management. Those in high level position not because their ability just because family background - company will simply cut your salary and they never follow labour law - 8 days annual leave and not every public holidays can off - super heavy workload. company pay one salary expect you can do 5 people work. - Please never ever believe what the management's promise. They like to draw a pretty picture of the future. This not gonna happen

    aggressive driven , will reward you handsome but eventually burned out
    The good thingsenergetic management , encouraging in work, give u flexibility to decide
    The challengesmanagement doesnt follow normal standards, family business and very rigid benefits . basically can burned out . even though u have to work weeekends they dont compensate you . even if you wanna step out of the office have to ask for permission . 8 annual leaves per year.
