    Experienced that can be useful and make you survived in anywhere.
    The good thingsThe best part working here...I can see that customer service will come out on working in every part of work...either to do a clerical work but also need to maintain the KPI of the staff..despite in order to maintain a KPI in busy day for everyday then we still need to do a joint venture program with the other company in order to promote KWSP products.
    The challengesAs always the challenges that will be faced will be a target that need to be reach in order to maintain a KPI. Besides to faced the customer that come in every attitude and manner.
