    ENRA Group Berhad ("ENRA" or the "Company") is a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), Malaysia's primary stock exchange. The Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 23 March 1992 under the name of Orlando Holdings Berhad and was first listed on the Second Board of Bursa Securities (then known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) on 28 December 1992. Subsequently, on 20 March 2000, the Company changed its name to Formis (Malaysia) Berhad ("FMB") before being transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 March 2000. The Company assumed the name of Perduren (M) Berhad on 19 September 2006 and assumed its current name on 19 May 2015.The new major shareholders, the board of directors and the management team of ENRA, hope to find opportunities to pursue and/or invest in businesses and investments that will increase the sustainable profits of the Group and introduce new sources of growth.The Company is exploring new opportunities in the oil & gas sector by virtue of the major shareholders' business interest and experience in the oil and gas industry. This includes opportunities in trading, services and niche real estate developments to support the oil and gas industry.
