    The good thingsThe only good part is that colleagues are friendly and helpful.
    The challengesMy experience working here was not positive. The salary offered is quite low compared to the workload. Management tends to micromanage, which creates a stressful environment with little room for growth or independence. There are no real benefits, OT pay is minimal, and incentives do not reflect the effort put in by employees. The management and HR practices are poor, often disorganized and not employee-friendly, which results in issues being left unresolved. Overall, this company is not recommended for those seeking long-term career growth or professional development.

    POOR MANAGEMENT SKILL BY HR/MANAGEMENT

    The challengesToxic working environment. Havent starting yet but ald felt the heat and bad enviroment to work with. During the interview process there are so many miscommunications from them. The HR not professional at all the way they handle the candicates and during the whole iv process through ws/virtual. Poor management skill by HR and their management. Not recoomended
