The good thingsThe only good part is that colleagues are friendly and helpful.
The challengesMy experience working here was not positive. The salary offered is quite low compared to the workload. Management tends to micromanage, which creates a stressful environment with little room for growth or independence.
There are no real benefits, OT pay is minimal, and incentives do not reflect the effort put in by employees. The management and HR practices are poor, often disorganized and not employee-friendly, which results in issues being left unresolved.
Overall, this company is not recommended for those seeking long-term career growth or professional development.
