    Great workplace to kickstart your career, but minimal benefits offered.
    The good thingsThe HQ branch in Petaling Jaya is a good workplace with a comfortable environment. Work culture leans more towards work-life balance and flexible work schedule for Customer Service. You are also able to kickstart your career in Customer Service with Envo starting from an agent up until leadership; you can climb the career ladder here.
    The challengesThe top management level can improve the decision-making and implementation of new policies by involving operation leaders during the discussion phase, not at the implementation phase. Benefits and perks can be improved upon; benefits and perks being offered at the moment are subpar (Annual Leave/Medical Claim) and not fair (Allowance SOP).

Envo BPO jobs are a good way to upgrade your communication skill, computer operation skills and the likes. Taking a job in the Envo BPO is a good way to gain experience and new skill sets that would definitely help you in the future.
    The challengesProviding customers with complete satisfaction has always been a difficult task for all BPO companies. Various social media channels and increasing competition in the market has resulted in increasing customer expectations to the roof and proves to be quite a challenge for the BPO industry.

    The good thingsOur team is made up of hand-picked, talented individuals. Our organization’s success hinges on the performance of all the employees and happy workers are productive workers. I would say that who ever works with ENVO will be mold to high customer service practice. We have good environment here with awesome colleagues and understanding Boss. The best part is that we don't work on public holidays like other outsourcing company.

    A Look Into A Probationer's Time in Envo
    The good thingsFriendly bunch of people; still a family environment; located in a good neighborhood with plenty to eat (multi-cultural food found); good location for convenient public transport/ Uber cars; attendance allowance, language allowance.
    The challengesPoor staff benefits (12 days annual leave, outpatient medical claims, personal accident insurance for staff that serve more than 2 years, quarterly-renewal of contract for all staff - including management staff); forfeiture of attendance allowance after first leave taken in each month, unwillingness to invest more money into staff well-being and office environment.

    No motivation whatsoever
    The good thingsInteresting people, good office facilities and equipments, comfortable atmosphere and located in the center of the city.
    The challengesThe bar is set too high. Supervisors do not provide any motivation at all which leads to insecurities. If the target is not reached, forced to stay back with no overtime payments. Constantly being threatened​ to be laid off.
