    Everything is alright and good, just need to improve working schedule.
    The good thingsI enjoyed work as an operator here with some good friends, good supervisor, cheerful leaders and kind friends. I strongly recommend this company for those who are searching for a job because you can improve yourself in skills, communications and much more!
    The challengesI did not want to blame this company and assume this as a suggestion to improve !. Every workers there should be given different type of work to improve their ability and strength. I am telling this because people easily get bored when they do the same work at all time. So,leaders should give different kinds of works to workers.
