    The good thingsColleagues are helpful and willing to help each other. Implementation consultants are not well trained, as there is lacking of structured training. Support consultants are also not well versed, and have problem relating to the implementation team. The management needs to ensure sales, implementation and support team are in talking terms and have enough resources to be trained.
    The challengesResources issue. Some senior managers are all over the place, and not coherent. Some senior manager doesn't inspire confidence and turnover is high

    The good thingsHigh flexibility on the job which did not control by superior as long as finish up the task. A great work life balance job. Superior also doing great backup job if we hit any issues. All the colleagues are helping each other when they hit matters that could not resolve. Same as for the department colleagues which is quite well too.
    The challengesLimitation on the technology that we learnt as we have to follow US based and I personally feel that the technology that applied by company is a bit far from current. We also did not have the chance to expose the technology by ourselves. No career development or advancement that I can see through as all the chances will be go for other countries.
