    The good thingsGreat exposure to various large projects and opportunities to work on some areas that are not accessible to the public and private sectors. Technical and helpful management.
    The challengesYou knows the problem. 1. Talk with the root cause and find out what's the main reasons leading to such behaviors 2. Land on a Performance Improvement Plan and constant guidance with active assistance 3. Isolate them from the team to reduce spillage of toxicity 4. Recommend appropriate therapies for them 5. Monitor progress and hopefully the good turn out.
