The good thingsFriendly colleagues that always help each other. Senior staffs who are willing to teach and guide you in terms of job from scratch.Very understanding employer that always provide improvement to the employee in terms of working hours especially for Muslims during Ramadan. Employer always seek ways to provide new staff with training although the training was not conducted regularly but nice effort.

The challengesConduct more training for the staff especially newly joined staff because it helps them to adapt faster with the environment. Maybe employer could organize the orientation week for the purpose to guide the new staff with the whole company policies and procedures.
