    The challenges* Management practices excessive micromanagement, with limited trust given to employees to make decisions * Frequently required to work beyond normal working hours without proper planning * Poor work-life balance due to consistently having to stay back late

    Not very good company to work for long term.
    The good thingsGood environment if you want start career. Have staff purchase and got festival gift
    The challengesThe laziest HR team and unknowledgeable. Not professional management team because keep changing management policy. If your senior hate you means you have no future there, no bonus or the worst you will get. No career progress. Keep doing same thing forever.
