    The challengesThe company frequently promotes values such as strong culture, employee engagement, and appreciation. However, in practice, management decisions can feel biased based on status, identity, and race. When issues arise, individuals may be sacrificed to protect leadership image rather than addressing causes fairly. Some senior middle management appears to prefer followers over independent thinkers and tends to listen selectively. There is also a heavy reliance on manual work processes, which often leads to overwork without sufficient care for employee well-being. Overall, this company may be suitable for fresh graduates seeking a short-term learning experience, but long-term growth and fairness can be challenging.

    The challengesThe laziest HR team and unknowledgeable. Not professional management team because keep changing management policy. If your senior hate you means you have no future there, no bonus or the worst you will get. No career progress. Keep doing same thing forever.

    The challengesFast pace environment, Overtime working from 7 am to 7 pm, you may need to come to work on weekend (based on shift schedule). Very slow career progression especially for non-executive level which lead to repetitive task.

    The good thingsEnjoy working with Etika Sdn Bhd as former name was Permanis Sandiland Sdn Bhd and other staff members in logistics as well as other departments. In Etika, have some nice benefits such as medical, bonus , raya sampling and royalty bonus. Also have good opportunity to growth and improve your skill and knowledge.
    The challengesThe challenges of this company is the system, (Warehouse Management System). Need to do improvement and focus on the system that they currently use by do auditing, research and etc to minimize the variance between 2 system that they currently apply which is WMS and M3. This will resulted to give high variances impact on physical quantity of product with visual quantity in system.

    The good thingsMy employer had given me such a lot of experience in Quality Assurance Department, and one of them are Documentation, GMP and Pest Control Inspection by Rentokil Team, 3D Tracking System, Label Verification and so much more. One of the best thing when you start working here is, you have your own \"Second Family\" that you should use the term \"Keluarga Etika\". Also, the hospitality by all of the staff is very friendly.
    The challengesOne thing that this company have to improve is to make sure that the documents and such other things related to the field should be up-to-date and also, the environment should be always in good condition. Other than that, is actually no any other challenges that i had to face off. But overall, its totally awesome for being working here.

    The good thingsEnjoying Work place with my colleague, having fun with them. Eventhough a lot of challenges come a front us, we feel nothing to fear. Among of us accept all the challenge to overcome the boundaries. My boss likes to share his experience how to overcome the customers. He giving us chanced for upgrading my skill. I put Permanis in my first place.
