    The good thingsSome of their three partners clients' nature of business have a good platform as a learning curves of an employee. Helpful colleagues only as much as they learned from past seniors. Process of works more simplified as GL generated directly from account software backup files.
    The challengesThe more partners, the more the clients ie included internal clients and outsource clients, but the number of resources ie auditors are remain the same with limited laptops provided to them. Believe in yourself, do not rely on seniors that much. Clients mostly more cooperate to accounts dept. colleagues more than to auditors. First time user to AXP Audit software as well as high expectation for this position as if you are very skillful as they thought more than existing seniors.
