    The company has poor management with harsh treatment and is not suitable for long-term employment.
    The good thingsNothing to describe about good things
    The challengesPoor management with frequent harsh treatment from family bosses and lack of proper guidance. Serious safety issues due to compulsory night overtime and being required to work alone in production with foreign workers. Low salary and not recommended for long-term employment.

    Very, very bad management
    The good things1) Nice local colleagues, who are all struggling to survive. 2) High salary only because of OT
    The challengesIrregular working hours, not fixed shifts. Very exhausted due to high QC turnover. Need to cover other areas during long working hours (follow prod time). OT is a must. Also responsible for tasks outside from on-line inspection. Many bosses (family business). Different instructions from diff people.

    The challengesMostly the workers not professional, my safety been questioning, unorganised system, salary not double or triple in public holiday.

    The good thingsThe colleagues (new ones) helped a lot. But the seniors there, judged you.

    The decision is yours.
    The good thingsThe colleague very friendly and environment approachable to all level. I got many experience that really matured myself as individual. There's not a lot to learn in the surface but if you willing to learn, there's a lot to gain.
    The challengesHave multiple job position which the company actually could hire many new employees. Some have unclear position because the job scope is very different with the confirmed position. There's have huge pressure from new management which actually manageable.

    Challenging yet gives interesting experience to gain.
    The good thingsThe employer always encourages the workers to perform well and strive for the better. Interns were given chances to hands on the tasks or jobs that they need to know how to operate or how to deal with. As long as your performance is good or beyond the expectations, the payment will also go for a higher amount.
    The challengesThe company should consider to tighten up the rules in improving the whole systems. The upper rank employees should know the rules and how to run them better than the operators. Improving the communication link between each person as well as departments should be resulted in a good ways.

    The good thingsEveryday will gain a new knowledge , is a company that willing to train us and boost us to a different level , a company that give us many opportunity to grow up , we are not only learn thing in our department , we learn other than our department .
    The challengesAlways a little surprise that let us non-stop for learning new thing , things are change every moment , we need to focus on worldwide not only local.

    The challengesSales team not well trained in sales and hence has to cope account job, dnd job. Sales have stock take when stuffing. Sales follow up production schedule with no proper production planning schedule,
