    - it suitable for fresh graduate to join. Not suitable for those with work experience or senior, because Management won't listen to your advice. - exterior looking good doesn't means interior good as well.
    The good thingsFlexible working hour ( can thumb in late, then go back late)
    The challenges-Management only focus on sales figure, the quality issue not important. - Management always made the big dream from time to time (such as become Top 500 companies in world, sales want hit 10billion, set up factory worldwide and so on), but it's totally different with what they act in reality. - Management want to run fast, but all their fundamental not strong enough.

    The good thingsA very hands-on job. You will be given the opportunity to engage in the production flow to learn & grow as a team member & leader. As you grow, more responsibility will be passed on to you. Great place to learn a lot about food manufacturing for fresh graduates. Salary is considerably high within Penang area.
    The challengesNo work life balance. OT culture is encouraged whenever there's heavy workload which occurs on daily basis. Need to deal with work from inside production (managing operators) & office work (documentation). Stressful when nearing audit season. Miscommunication sometimes occurs where information is not pass on properly and subordinates are blamed if something goes wrong. Keep personal stories to yourself if you don't want it to be used as topic when scolded by superior.
