    Excellent learning process
    The good thingsHardly there is any political issue revolving within or outside your own dept. Everyone including the manager and DJVP is very helpful and supportive. Able to establish a good relationship with colleagues.
    The challengesBasically this company does not provide any training courses or enhancement programme to make you grow. as time goes on, your job is quite repetitive. But I personally think that everything has its pros and cons,aye?
